MEYSAM NEJAD RASOULİ

Meysam Nejadrasouli was born in 1981 in Tehran. He graduated from Soureh University in Tehran with a degree in Handicrafts in 2005. In 2007, he took part in various artistic projects at Soureh University, Sabalan Art Gallery, and City Theaters.

In 2010, he presented a painting performance at the closing ceremony of the Fajr Theater Festival in Tehran. In 2018, he illustrated the book “Arash-e-Kamangir.” Between 2000 and 2022, he participated in over 100 group exhibitions across Iran, Dubai, and Istanbul, and held 10 solo exhibitions in Iran between 2001 and 2022.

Since 2006, he has been working as a visual arts teacher, organizing more than 10 workshops as well as painting and sculpture exhibitions for his students. In 2022, he held weekly “Pop Open Studio” performances at “Art Here Istanbul” and participated in the Bodrum Art Fair. In 2023, he took part in a group exhibition at Gala Art Gallery.

He continues his artistic production alongside his educational activities.
