Guga Contemporary presents In His Footsteps, a solo exhibition by Salim Başyiğit, paying tribute to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye. Through his contemporary interpretations of iconic images of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, Başyiğit's paintings celebrate the achievements of the Republic and highlight its enduring contribution to modern Turkish culture.
The exhibition will be on view at Guga Contemporary from October 28 to November 13, 2023.
