Guga Contemporary proudly hosts a retrospective exhibition of Sinan Hussein, whose works are held in private collections, state and royal collections as well as museums worldwide. Born in Iraq in 1977, Hussein studied painting at Baghdad Fine Arts University. He faced death many times due to the war in his country and, after graduation, first took refuge in Jordan and then settled in Kuwait. In 2017, he immigrated to America, where he spent ten years and gained citizenship. Hussein, who recently showcased solo exhibitions in Australia and Bahrain, commands a significant following across Europe, the Far East, America, and the Arab world.

This exhibition, marking his fifth solo show in Turkey, features a curated selection from the past thirteen years of his artistic journey.
