NINE AT 9

Guga Contemporary presents "Nine at 9", a group exhibition bringing together the works of nine artists whose practices question—and at times reimagine—the present through the language of contemporary art. On view from January 12 to January 31, 2023, the exhibition explores artistic approaches in which challenging concepts, conventions, and established aesthetic perceptions becomes a discipline in itself.

Featuring paintings and sculptures by Ercan Ayçiçek, Sinan Hussein, Asaf Erdemli, Ghodratollah Agheli, Salim Başyiğit, İlayda Kepez, Ufuk Güneş Taşkın, Selim Çınar, and Engin Beyaz, Nine at Nine brings together a diverse selection of contemporary practices that reflect the artists' distinct perspectives on the world around them.
